My family and I moved in right before our son was born and it has been the safest community we have lived at. Our neighbors are great, the staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is well taken care of thanks to the maintenance workers. The roads are never too crowded, and the clubhouse is perfect for family events because of the space inside, but also the fenced playground in front. The place is a good living area and friendly as well
It appears whenever the owner needs to upgrade her personal finances the rent raises or she starts a campaign of home improvements with the threat of monthly fines until the improvements are made. Some of the things that she want the home owner to pay for are not the responsibility of the home owner. She is looking to get her property improved at the tenants expense such as new fences, landscaping etc.

Living here has been awesome! Is such a great community!!! We love it !!Working from home with my biz. Younique make up, and skin care��� has been so awesome!! Quiet, nice neighbors, great pool, the gym is great, I would love an earlier hours since we all work at 7,8,9 am. But over all is a great place
