went in for gaulbladder surgery, i am a double amputee with lupus. had healing sores, needed special care of these wounds wich they refused to provide. they were told i needed special gauze and tape, which they said they did not have. did it their way and now i am worse off then when i went in. did not change my bedding.
My overall experiences were good. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. My only complaint is that the lobby always smells musty.
