Beware: The bedside care team was amazing. The nurses, CNA’s and spiritual care were so kind and attentive. The staff member that helps with placing orders for medical supplies and equipment was also amazing, personable and supportive. Management/leadership and their social worker are terrible. We requested a doctor visit as our loved one’s condition had drastically declined and it took months for a visit to occur. I can tell you that going through the paces of having a loved one in hospice and no real hope in sight is a tremendously horrible feeling. I didn't know what was up or down at the crappy place the state put my mom in all I knew was I had to get her out and into a place that cared. I called Desert View on a whim just looking for some kind of guidance after hours and I was put in touch with Mark. To say he was amazing is an understatement.
