I had a wonderful experience having my first home built with Desert View Homes! They kept me informed throughout the build, they answered all my questions, and were very accommodating to my requests. I am impressed with the quality of the house, and the closing process. Big shout out to Michael Croker, Jaeza Marciano, Jorge, and Gordon Ricketts! You are an incredible team! I can't thank you enough! You made it a wonderful experience! You are the best!
Waiting 4 months for warranty repairss to be completed. Some poor quality items not being addressed at all.
We just love everything about our house. It’s a very well built home and Kacie and Justin were great to work with and have gone above and beyond to make our move in very easy. Thank you
Very disappointed, some problems/issues don't show until the 30 day warranty have past. Then your S.O.L. I'm very disappointed, but not surprised. My fault for not shopping for a better home.
I purchased a home from Desert View Homes. Would not recommend if you have other options. If you do go with Desert View to build your home make sure you ask alot of questions if things don't look right. Like on my house I noticed the furnace over flow pipes are on the side of every other house but mine. They put mine in the backyard and now in the summer I have water dripping in my backyard.
