Does anyone actually answer the phones there? Called three times now to make an appointment. Hold for 20 mins, no answer. I'll find a new doctor. Thanks.
Waited weeks for an appointment with Dr. Raymock, The appointment was specifically to get diagnosis on severe pain related to possible high levels of RA. The doctor did nothing, prescribed nothing, did not take any more blood for testing … the appointment was useless.
So they told me a new one today....if you don't see them at least once per year, for a well person exam (meaning - give them money once per year for little to no reason), they will tell you that they legally cannot see you. Like, she literally wants me to believe that there is a law that says I must see them once per year. There might be insurance guidelines but so far, I haven't found a law that tells them patients who won't pay for and attend yearly appointments for no complaint.
