Last year I received care from one of their counselors and I was not impressed. Actually, it was more than a bad impression. Robert, one of the counselors, recorded my sessions, without permission, on his open laptop. I tried to get back in there and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for the counselors to give their schedule before I could talk with someone. 3 weeks! What kind of service is that?! I need help right away not in a month!!!!
