Excellent care for our fur buddy.
I am beyond grateful that this facility was able to see my baby (Rosco) with such short notice. His heart condition had me very concerned. Dr. Church is an awesome communicator. I was able to understand his breakdown on Rosco's condition and his outlined plan of ongoing check-ups. I will see you in 6 to 9 months for a follow-up. I've already raved about Dr. Church to coworkers, friends and in social media.
LIARS! I wanted a 2nd opinion on my cat's echocardiogram and I was told that I can get that done along with a consultation. I sent my documents and then they ghosted me. My wife went there in person and was dismissed with an appointment for nearly 4 months from now for a near emergency situation, all we wanted was for the cardiologist to look at the echo and have a 10min conversation with him. Dr. Jones and Malorie always went above and beyond to help support my baby girl Sheila. She was ill with several serious conditions and they always did their best to support her, keep her comfortable, with a good quality of life and to allow me to have some more time with her. Unfortunately I did lose my girl a couple months ago. They were so kind to make a donation in Sheila’s name to the Phoenix Zoo. I’m beyond grateful for the extra time you were able to give me with her. I will miss her always
