If I could I would rate them at a -10. On September 12, 2023, my wife was given an order to have a biopsy on her kidney. My wife is suffering from pain, having hard time walking and the kidney is pressing on her intestines causing bowel issues. Doctor Mehdi believes the growth on her kidney is cancer, but needs the biopsy to know for sure. We have called, talk to the office and left many messages, but the biopsy has not been scheduled. Called and left messages for two weeks trying to schedule an appointment for my mother. Waited hours on hold with no answer. Finally went to their location on Eastern and their ladies in the front simply called the same number I called and were placed on hold with no answers. Saying they don't handle the scheduling and would call me back. Been here 2 hours and they can't even schedule an appointment within their own company. Worst company ever.
I’ve been calling for a week to try and get a pre op for a kidney biopsy, I leave messages no one returns calls , worst service ever
The DVI they don’t anewer you call,they don’t return your call too.Terrible phone service.
