My husband and I went to this area because we had to picked up medication for my cat at Vasco Rx. I didn't go inside the building because I had to stay with my cat while my husband picked up the prescription. This plaza quite confusing to me. While the address says at East Bell Road, Phoenix, but we passed a building in Scottsdale. Probably it is in border between Scottsdale and Phoenix.
