The care I received at the Desert Valley Hospital Cath Lab and Radiology were exceptional. The Nurses were professional and kind and the Radiology Staff were knowledgeable and kind.
The staff was absolutely incredible and attentive to all of my and my babies needs.
Overall was taken care of well. There were a few downfalls unfortunately. Many times when I would press the button to call the nurses station there would be a long delay (10 plus minutes) before someone would answer or someone would come in my room and ask what I needed. They would then say that they would tell my nurse and at times it would take quite a long time for the nurse to come in. In addition the discharge process was the worst I have seen. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and respectful. Everything was on time. Very good experience (for having surgery)!
