So glad I found this company!!! Had a new system installed in 2019 and have had issues the last 3 yrs. "That Never To Be Named Co" came out each year and tried to fix issues at crazy costs. I finally had enough and after researching, called Desert Valley. Richard was amazing- spent 40 minutes in the attic-found all the issues and showed me photos of the botched job and how they tried to basically duct tapes mistakes! Randy and his crew are outstanding! I’ve worked with Randy for years — he handled many HVAC replacements for the City — and his professionalism and expertise have always stood out. We have used Desert Valley Heat & Cooling for the past year to perform both regular HVAC system checks, and to correct faulty attic duct work and drainage installation work done by a previous HVAC company. Desert Valley’s response time to our trouble call was quick - within a couple of hours. Their technicians' work has been efficient and thorough. Their pricing has been very reasonable, with no technician upselling. We will definitely be using Desert Valley for our future HVAC service needs.
