We had AC issues with the new construction home on the 2nd floor not cooling very well in the Vegas summer heat. Kris came by and assessed and did various diagnostics and found out that thermostat located on the 1st floor was the problem. He moved the thermostat to 2nd floor and tested all the AC units and all work great now. Kris is really knowledgeable and really has great expertise with HVAC systems. Would highly recommend!

Called Desert Valley after another company flaked, They came in under an hour on a day with 110 degree heat. They fixed the problem fast.

I had a wonderful experience with the Desert Valley company! Specifically with the employee who came out to fix our AC unit, Richard. Our AC unit completely stopped working and I was so worried about finding an AC repair company who knew what they were doing and wouldn't charge us an arm and a leg to fix it.
