My now wife has been going here for I think six months and the drs there are great and everything, but it’s almost impossible to get ahold of them for anything. Most of the times when I call, I end up on hold for the better part of an hour or the call drops out 5 mins into being on hold. The times they do respond it either takes them an hour or they instantly respond. You guys either need to answer your damn phones or hire people to answer them for you because this is getting absurd. I am very disappointed of having a procedure with Dr McDaniel. He only saw me twice before my surgery one to sent me to have some test done and the second time to tell me that I needed a surgery and that I needed a pellet from a clinic that he advertise and that your insurance won’t cover any of the treatments that he suggest that you will needed it.
