When we moved to Pocatello, I was so sad to lose our previous dentist. We looked and looked and finally found sugar bugs! They are amazing here! So good with children and truly listen to my concerns and ideas. The dentist is amazing with my autistic son. She is patient and knowledgeable. We feel so blessed to have found Sugar Bugs and I will recommend them to everyone!
We have 4 kiddos that go here currently for all their dental needs and I absolutely love it ( and the kids love it!) they have been so compassionate towards all my kids. I’ve had a couple young ones that needed teeth pulled, caps put on, cavities filled, we even had our little girl hit her mouth hard last summer and it abscessed and teeth needed pulled to prevent further damage. My family LOVES this place! I’ve been to several dentist offices around the region and this one has by far been my favorite. Dr Bybee is wonderful to work with, she’s always understanding and compassionate and makes sure that I understand exactly what’s going on at all times. The reason I bounced around to different offices before I landed on this one and stayed is because I’m a mom who is picky about not using flouride-containing materials and who prefers to limit my kids’ exposure to the XRays. Dr. Morgan. Is great with kids, a fast worker, and has a great group of lady's working with her. I can't say enough good things. They are the best!!!
We really love Sugar Bugs! Dr Bybee is gentle, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Her staff is amazing! We are always greeted with smiles and they know how to make my kids feel comfortable. We have never left with a bad experience. My youngest had to have a tooth extracted today and it was so easy and painless. 10/10 would recommend!
