Ive been here since Aug24, not perfect but affordable, Brandon has gone out of his way to make the imperfect acceptable, he has gone above and beyond his duties to make things right, he is courteous and professional and a bright shining light here at Desert tree.
Unit smells like mold. Their maintenance says it vinegar smalle , ridiculous. part of the flooring through out the unit in random spot sinks in.

??On 5/8 I (*********************************) did walk with resident that day with assistant and he stating it was the sink an plumbing that is causing the odor. I did not smell anything that moment and he stated it didn't smell either at that moment but it occurs at times when he returns home. It is a new sink , new disposal and new plumbing as we reviewed it together and I did offer to replace plumbing and disposal to eliminate the odor and to satisfy resident. I don't recommend renting an apartment here. Looks are decieving, a few residents here that have met had told me it's not a great place, that they took long to do repairs and changes. I did fill out a form to let them know that the carpet was dirty, and the sink was leaking.Later to find out it's true. Lucky me I had only signed a 9mths lease. Well upon moving out, I wasn't able to do the walk through with them, they charged me for "not washing the carpet" Which I did and gave it back cleaner than what it was originally give... read more
