Worst Customer Service EVER – I signed up for a monthly package, not only did Desert Sun overcharge my account, when I called to question the charges on April 6th at 4pm, the girl that answered the phone "thought" she put me on hold and I heard her calling me (the customer) names and direct quote "If this person calls back one more f*&%n time, I swear to god, I will.....
