RecommendedLove my desert sun team! They will give the best customer service every time I walk in the door! It’s nice to have a salon that actually cares about its customers. Plus the tanning beds are the best in town!
Pricing is so much higher than local competitor down the street. Their new general manager Kate at desert sun called me asking me to leave my tanning salon and switch as she no longer worked there. The Nerve!
I purchased one month of red light sessions during a promotional period. At the time if purchase I explained that I wouldn't be able to begin the sessions until after the holiday season due to my work schedule and was assured that the month would not begin until I began the red light sessions. When I go to set my fist appointment I'm told the month has already been used up, despite the fact that I didn't go to a single red light session. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. After my visit today I will NOT be returning. I “stopped” the bed early and it didn’t actually stop which to my surprise highlighted the filth in this facility. I’m disgusted at the lack of cleaning provided!!! The dust built up on the floor behind the door and on the door, on the table and under the table, in every corner including the walls. This makes me question the cleanliness of the beds that I use.
