RecommendedLove my desert sun team! They will give the best customer service every time I walk in the door! It’s nice to have a salon that actually cares about its customers. Plus the tanning beds are the best in town!
Pricing is so much higher than local competitor down the street. Their new general manager Kate at desert sun called me asking me to leave my tanning salon and switch as she no longer worked there. The Nerve!
RecommendedI love going here. Nice staff and rooms are clean and nice. I really don’t like that desert sun as a whole company changed their hours on the weekend but understand.
Maybe great for tanning but for Red Light forget it. 75% of the time it's not available.
If y’all like dirty beds then sign up and tan here! It’s a great place to sit in filth and be treated poorly by rude employees who know nothing about the biz.
You hire employees with zero customer service skills who can’t even manage to properly clean a tanning bed or use fresh towels? I worked at a tanning salon for two years and believe me it’s not rocket science. Extremely interested to see how long it takes for you guys to be sued, I wouldn’t guess more than a year. Disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here
I refuse to go here anymore! Everytime I have been, Ive got horrible customer service on top of them having an attitude with me. Their tanning beds are disgusting and have not been cleaned properly. They don’t take their customers concerns seriously, or their customers health issues they have gotten from THEIR TANNING BEDS. Disgusted by the business completely
