The employees are great but the ownership is reaping what they sow. First, the Federal Way Crossing location closed a few years ago. Now the Hoyt location has closed as well. The ownership is out of touch with their customers and never listened to most of their clients requests/complaints regarding old, outdated beds, rarely replacing old bulbs, etc. The result was at least 2 locations in Federal Way that now no longer exist as a result of losing most of their clientele and charging ridiculous membership fees for outdated eq... read more

Closed without warning. No notes of the door to say if it's going to reopen. Recently paid for a package of tans... someone should have told me that they were planning to close this location.
This is a lovely, small salon with great equipment. Perhaps the most distinguishing thing is that the staff are incredibly friendly, which is quite important to me. I used to be manager of several locations of a tanning boutique chain back in college and for a while after graduation (2005 - 2010); I prided myself on all of my employees and their warmth towards our clients.
