Fraudulent, dishonest, disceptive, misleading...they took my money without my permission.I originally went in to get a month or two of tanning before a vacation. I told the employee (turns out she was the assistant manager) that I just wanted the basic, cheapest package which was $29/month. She told me she could get me a “good deal” and upgrade me to the next best package up for only $35/month (which is normally $59/month) plus taxes, so it would be about $40 total with tax… See more

Signed up for a monthly membership for $81 on February 22 only to be charged $23.11 one week later on March 1st, when we asked why they said we were being charged a prorated amount for the month of February. The sales associate said this didnt make sense either. This was never discussed when we signed up for the tanning plan, I asked a manger to call me no one ever did, I called again and was basically told by the manager oops someone should have told you but I cant refund your money.
