Very unreliable delivery person; ignored vacation hold and then stopped delivery on the day it was supposed to resume. And this is not the first time. Appears no one is in charge of this enterprise. Sad, because you have many willing subscribers, but no one cares enough to pick up a phone, respond to emails, supervise, organize and find a proper delivery method. And I don’t want to hear another pre-recorded message that the paper is available on line. I’m done!

Never received one single paper since our initial start of almost two weeks ago here in the desert.
They have missed my paper two days in row and now the voice automatic system keeps kicking me off line. I am so frustrated and just want what I have paid for.
