I am Very upset and disappointed in Dr. Patel and their office for ignoring this matter…Dr. Patel wrote a lab order out incorrectly for my son to play college ball. It was a huge inconvenience because even though he got the test results bk in time to participate in camp it was the wrong test! The test we needed & requested was a sickle cell and she wrote it out for tuberculosis! We have been visiting this place over 3 years now. Always did my payment on time. Called today to the office 10/9 to schedule for Flu Shot i was told that we have been ask to go to different Pediatrician as some payment of $180 was not done. It is very strange as i have never defaulted on my payment till date and if the office would have asked i would have paid it long back. When i told them to take the payment they just asked me to pay to the collection office. It not about the money but about losing a genuine Patient. Mayb... read more

I love this place, I have been coming here for about 2 yrs or so ( maybe longer). Dr. Binita Patel and her staff are nice. The office has a different entrance for sick children (BIG PLUS). E-scripts are easily send to the pharmacy and medication is always available for me in 30 min (please keep in mind, it varies per pharmacy, insurance and etc). Office is clean, staff have proper new uniforms. One thing I notice was hand washing, Its difficult to tell if the health care provider wash their hands prior to entering the room.
