March 17th 2025: OFTEN THE BEDS ARE NOT WORKING! CUSTOMERS ARE NOT WARNED! IF THE BED YOU USE ENDS UP BEING BROKEN, YOU ARE NOT THEN ALLOWED TO USE A DIFFERENT BED. OF ANY TYPE. FOR EXAMPLE, MY BEDS HAVE NOT BEEN EMITTING ANY WARMTH. I HAVE ASKED STAFF TO TEST BED. I SPOKE TO STAFF F TO F TONIGHT (AFTER THIS WASTED TRIP.). THAT BED HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR OVER A WEEK. I USE THIS LOCATION A FEW TIMES A WEEK. NOT ANY LONGER.

Love Love Love this place! The fabulous customer service of the Staff makes the visit 110% worth it! Chandler clearly does a spectacular job managing the employees as it is displayed in the super friendly greeting by each and every Team Member at DS! Bree, Chloe & Dakotah ....essentially everyone (.....please forgive me if I am out of space to write everyone's names here! ) are extremely knowledgeable in the products and sales- I can walk in and they already know what service I'm ready for & have me checked in super fast! The girls are very friendly The place was clean and had good music playing . On the down side, I came in expecting to have the deal I found on line honored . It was $25: for a week Sounded good to check it out. Instead, after the hard sell. I bought a membership ,etc $130 later, I felt I had paid enough. Just to have another sales pitch 3 days in, to upgrade.
