PLANS ARE SHUT OFF LONG TERM WITHOUT REASONABLE CONTACT. YOU CANT USE YOUR TANNING PACKAGE ONCE YOU PAY FOR IT! I PAY FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLAN THERE. UNLIMITED PLATINUM. KATRINA AT CORPORATE OFFICE IN KENT FREEZES YOUR PAID ACCT FOR WEEKS. DESERT SUN CORPORATE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS OFTEN. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY STAFF WILL NOT LET ME USE MY EXPENSIVE PLAN FOR WEEKS NOW! IVE LEFT COUNLESS MESSAGES OVER WEEKS. PLANS ARE SHUT OFF WITH NO NOTICE. THEN THE STAFF CANNOT LET YOU TAN
I love this place! Chandler and Nicole at the front desk were very helpful in finding the right solution for my needs. I’m trying to get a base tan before a vacation and they knew just what bed to use and for how long since I’m new to sunless tanning. They also told me about the red light therapy beds and how beneficial they are for health and energy. I will definitely be back for that next time.
