KATRINA AT CORPORATE OFFICE IN KENT FREEZES YOUR PAID ACCT FOR WEEKS. DESERT SUN CORPORATE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS OFTEN. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY STAFF WILL NOT LET ME USE MY EXPENSIVE PLAN FOR WEEKS NOW! IVE LEFT COUNLESS MESSAGES OVER WEEKS. PLANS ARE SHUT OFF WITH NO NOTICE. THEN THE STAFF CANNOT LET YOU TAN
