To all those who consider doing business with this company; please, heed this warning. I recently was honorably discharged from the armed forces, and was in need of a place to rent. My assigned realtor was Christina Kirby. After showing my wife, young son, and myself the house, I paid a security deposit in the amount of $800. As proof of payment, Miss Kirby wrote me a receipt on a torn-off piece of parchment paper (this was the first red flag).
