Employees are slow. Move like turtles. Took over 45 min to get $40 clean. Didn’t do tires. Just wiped over some tar that mysteriously got on my truck. Windows not done. Rims not wiped. Overall terrible job

Took my beautiful car in for a wash and they wrecked it before they got it to the wash bay.
I went in for the first time today expecting to get my car vacuumed and wiped down inside and out. The only thinf that was wiped was my dash (poorly) and part of the floor. I was advised if I put my seats up they would also be wiped down and vacuumed which did not happen. I bought every service you offered and yet still couldnt get my car cleaned! I will not be returning and I will advise others not to as well. Not worth the money nor the customer service!
Took 3 vehicles to Desert suds. Each one of them were supremes. The end result looked like they had been untouched.
I was unfortunate to be the last wash for the day, I pay 28.00 for full wash, it was a waste of my money, bugs were still in front of car, I had to asked for a rag to finish cleaning the inside, the doors were barely touch, no scent in the car. A total waste of money and time.
I love the job they do! I drop off about once a month and they get it done and I just pick up later so I don't have to wait. 99% of the time they get it right but once in a while they'll miss the back cargo area. Still the best job around for $25 with military discount.
Very good service. Car nice & clean and they were able to get almost all dog hair out of the vehicle (golden retriever- just drove out here from east coast) Highly recommend- good deal fir the price. This would have cost 3x's more where I am from
