I have ordered several products from Desert Steel and have been satisfied with them until recently. The last two products I ordered have proved to be impossible to assemble. I left a voicemail for assistance three days ago and haven’t received a response. I am very disappointed in their customer service and I will discontinue ordering products from this company in the future if a resolution can not be reached soon. I hope to receive a response from them as soon as possible.

Just wow! I love my barrel cactus and was so sad to discover the top missing after my trees were trimmed. They must have accidentally scooped it up with the debris. I contacted Desert Steel to see if I could obtain another and they sent me one out free of charge! I an just floored with their customer service and the quality of their products! They’re the best!

We love all the DS pieces we just put in to create a beautiful space around our new pool. Quality is terrific, aesthetic is very pretty, ordering and delivery were seamless, and no maintenance/water needed is a huge bonus! We couldn’t be happier with all of our DS purchases!

Just received our magenta coneflower bird feeder. I am AMAZED! It is of exceptional quality and is much larger than expected (deliberately placed my hand in the photo for comparison). It is beautiful! Shipping is fast as well. I will definitely be purchasing again! Thank you for making such great quality items. It is unusual nowadays to receive something ordered online, unbox it, and it is better than expected.
