I’ve been a new patient at Desert Star Health Care for about a month now, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced a family doctor visit like the one with Deb White and her team. From the moment you walk in, you’re cared for in a way that feels rare in healthcare today. I just moved to Arizona and my roommate told me about Dr. Deb because she took care of her dad. She was right. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. From Cara ,Gloria, Amie and , of course, Dr.Deb listened and took care of all my concerns. Best medical office ,I have ever been in ,for 30 years !
Searched for a new doctor since recently starting Medicare & found this office very close to home. The appointment was very thorough and I felt the visit was excellent. I would highly recommend Desert Star and their approach to supportive health care.
When I moved to Mesa I was hoping to find a primary care office that I trusted as much as the practice I left in Denver...and I found it at Desert Star Healthcare. Dr. Deb listens, answers all questions, and is thorough. Best of all is she offers HRT services for those of us navigating menopause. I have always had to be referred out for this basic women's health issue. The office staff, techs and PA have been responsive, helpful and personable. Glad I found Desert Star and Dr. Deb!
Sadly I will not be returning. I have trouble every month trying to get refills on routine medications which has left me without them for 3days to a week. She wants me to come in every 4 weeks for a “check up” to get refills. Never had a doctor do this for what I take , don’t have time to go to a Dr every 4 weeks just so I can get medication to live. Having patients go without medication is not okay! Side effects and withdrawals are terrible! EVERY single time they “sent” a referral to any specialist, it was never received. ... read more
