Desert Springs will absolutely not follow through on anything not in writing. I do think my pool came out fine. It works, but expect to do clean up on your own. The excavation crew damaged my brick wall. The repair was to plaster it in a color that clearly identifies it is patched. But also leave all the scratches behind. The plaster crew dumped out plaster in any space they felt it was appropriate, to include a wall and pavers. DS said they would clean it, that never happened.
