I would like to thank the desert springs ER staff starting with Kyle the triage nurse and ultrasound IV guru as well the lovely Bulgarian charge nurse with the most amazing bedside manner went to 3 ERs today this one was by far the best and most well run
They get 2 stars only because of the compassionate care received earlier in the evening. The security are ignorant and unprofessional as usual (the notoriously awful Allied Security) and had the nerve to incorrectly state that I couldn't be readmitted for my food poisoning though that's clearly false. The terrible treatment continued with a male nurse working overnight who acted totally put out and bothered, and when I attempted to get all questions answered was met with completely unwarranted hostility, told this isn't McDo... read more
I don't know how this can be labeled a hospital when the ER had a PA acting as a doctor and three nurses running the whole thing. I came in because I worried I broke my ankle only to have the Rad tech take images of the girl next me under my name then go haha whoops and come in and take my xray. Only for the PA to tell me she read my xray and I'm fine. Sorry I wasn't aware a physicians assistant was a trained radiologist??? I'm still waiting for the results of my Xray and it's been over 24 hours. I've never had an issue here... read more
I was taken to Desert springs er by paramedic.. Michelle, Kyle and Amy (maybe Ann) took such good care of me. The Er was peaceful I got in immediately and they didn’t waste time addressing my health concerns. If you’re in the area I would recommend this ER if u need immediate care .
