Lived here for 2 years and only moved because of work. I would have gladly renewed my lease otherwise. John in the office is great and the maintenance team is awesome too! I remeber the tuesday night before thanksgiving my upstairs neighbor had a piece of his patio roof come down due to a storm and i thought man that sucks hes gonna have to wait until saturday to get a hold of someone but it was fixed by the next morning even dispite the office being closed on Wednesdays and the holiday weekend. Today is March 20 2026 @ 226pm / 100 stars or more / peaceful place and drug free / and super quiet I am going on my 3rd year almost and this place is outstanding from the Manager John to all the People that fix and take care of each apartment , every one here make our place like a super safe and clean and outstanding home . I just renewed my lease July 1. As much as I can’t wait to return to a house from apartment living, I can honestly say living here a year+ has been a blessing and has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s gated safe clean managed Well they maintain the grounds Nice. They fix things when they’re broken and the staff are great. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend somebody to rent here.
I have lived here for almost a year and it’s been a good year. The property is well maintained and my neighbors are kind. Management and maintenance are very good as well. It’s nice to have a peaceful place to call home! 10/10 highly recommend!
