Dr.Bob and Staff are great!! They answer the phone,they have emergency after hour options,They truly care about their clients and im pretty sure The good doctor has a magic wand some days! :)
Dr. Bob has always been there for us with our dogs, cats, pigs and cows. He's a great vet.
RecommendedI have used Dr B. for almost 22 years now for all our horses and dogs and really appreciate the care, concern, & quality of service we are always given. He is one of only 2 vets in the Grand Valley I would ever use!! Five stars all the way!! Thank you to Dr Bessert and his staff!
Dr Bob is great with all of our dogs. His prices are reasonable,and he is great at what he does.
Why would you guys pull 7 teeth from a dog without first contacting the owner ? My friend brought her dog in to have a CLEANING and you took it upon yourself to decide for the owner her choice to extract or not? I’ve always gone to OM veterinary clinic and when my dog has had cleanings they CALLED me to see what I would prefer . You should at the very least give her a refund that’s just wrong . If it was me I’d sue you!
