Simply exceptional - office staff is competent and consistent, as well as warm and humane. Dr Stover and Kelly Fleming RNP, the same. You may have to wait a bit past your appointment time - but rest assured, when you need extra time to solve a problem or work out a health strategy, you'll get it.
Dr. Stover and her staff are an exceptional medical team, always friendly and caring. All my office visits and phone calls are professional and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Stover and Desert Spring Family Care!
I sat on hold for over 55 minutes and no one answered. Very unprofessional customer service. I ended up hanging up. Do better!
