I sat on hold for over 55 minutes and no one answered. Very unprofessional customer service. I ended up hanging up. Do better!
Is it weird to be sad to leave a doctors office? That happened to me. When I found out that I was moving to Vegas, I was so sad to leave Dr. Stover and Kelly’s care. I’ve seen them for the last 5 years and have only had to best experience and care. Kelly was also a military spouse so I felt understood. She is also dedicated to taking Tricare. (Unfortunately Tricare will not cover the concierge service fee, just the regular doctor fees) I appreciate the whole office’s professionalism and their commitment to my healthcare goal... read more
I have been a patient at this office for almost 3 years. The staff are very professional and accommodating. I have never had any issues with anyone! So glad that I decided to become a patient here.
I have been a patient of Desert Spring Family Care for more than 10 years and have consistently received professional, caring and highly responsive care from everyone in this office. Dr. Lorenz is my doctor and she is exceptional in her knowledge and attention. Her staff is top notch, the best I've ever experienced at any medical office.
