Quick, efficient, and informative consultation appointment. Dr. Byrne and staff are courteous and professional.
Professional staff with decent bedside manner but very poor on direct communication regarding their policies as I did not know there would be a $100 no show fee until after missing the appointment in my voicemail. I take personal responsibility for not cancelling and learned from this experience but nowhere in any emails and texts I received or in the patient portal does it explicitly say that there would be this pretty hefty no show fee. My interaction with the staff was clear and precise with a friendly overtone. However, my interaction with the urologist was very brief at best and will have a One-on-One soon after all of my tests are completed.
The Office was lovely clean and bright. I really enjoyed meeting dr lauren and she’s a professional, smart doctor. Very knowledgeable regarding urology. I look forward to seeing her in July.
