It was ny first visit, atmosphere welcoming, staff very keen to assist, Doctor was busy but accomodated me at short notice . Looking forward to my next visit
Doctor and team are fantastic. The facility is clean and nice. The only criticism is that I waited 42 minutes to see the doctor.
Never in my life have I had an office have a policy where patients must make an appointment to have any type of communication with the Dr. or medical assistant - which is over a month out. They are not upfront with fees - and do extra unnecessary tests that cost a fortune - I am finding a new doctor. They are FIRED!!!
I appreciate being seen promptly, and all the scheduling and follow ups were streamlined with the latest computer technology and apps. Dr. Byrne was very pleasant and had an immediate plan for care. All the office staff were also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!
