Shady and run down These apartments look very run down and shady too. They are definitely not well maintained and even streets are pretty dark at night. This place is not a very safe place to live, especially with somany recent incidents. The rent prices are pretty cheap and economical. The maintenance staff is pathetic and takes days to respond to even simple calls for maintenance. Not a very good place for families.
