Great place, the owner Johnno is a real legend, a great bloke and keeps a clean, tidy motel. Can't recommend it highly enough!
My third stay at the Desert Sands Motel and has always been 100% wonderful.
Great motel. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly. Would happily stay again.
The Boulia Desert Sands Motel was a delightful stop on my partner and I’s outback road trip. The Hammond’s were lovely and helpful hosts, the rooms were well appointed and maintained for a comfortable stay, and the grounds were beautifully kept (not surprising in such a beautiful town). I would definitely stay again!
