A complete and utter JOKE. Scheduled an appointment via TEXT, and after waiting for half an hour, decide to reach out. Eric says he forgot about the appointment and is now an hour away! And to top it off, I had no clue there were already two applications submitted for the place I would have signed on today in cash. This company was contracted and paid to manage my house. Here is a partial part of my interaction with this company as I check reviews before using services and companies and hope this is helpful when selecting a company. There were multi issues and mis management thru this division. There was no communication and when you got a reply the broker stated they were not getting paid enough for their time and effort to deal with the property.
