I wanted to like this place but there is nothing luxury about it..the stomping never stops with 4 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment above me and the office staff ignores any requests to help solve the situation. This place deserves the poor rating it's gotten.
I have lived here for 4 years and I have loved it here. Maintenance is amazing, my AC went out and they came out the same night with a portable and the following day to repair the issue. I just renewed for another year and met Maria the new manager who was super helpful.
DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT HERE!!! The worst apartments ever! We’ve had the countless maintenance issues like plumbing, AC UNITS, and dryers. There is always something. The maintenance issues take FOREVER to have them fixed. We need to follow up consistently to try and have them fixed. To make matters worse getting a hold of the office is another hassle it’s self, they never pick up the phone, my calls always go to voicemails. I would never recommend these apartments and will be out as soon as my lease is done.
Jeff and Ruben with maintenance did a fantastic job today. They were professional, efficient, and took care of everything that needed to be fixed. They were respectful of our space and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Greatly appreciate the help!"
