Straight up violated Arizonas laws did not provide a healthy clean living environment. Yellow walls dirty carpet broken screens on the windows front door looks like it's seen better days.
The management team has been replaced numerous times, due to insufficient training and experience in office work. I moved out of the complex due to not having my AC unit fixed for over a month. Their answer to fixing the problem was giving me a portable unit to sit in my living room. They don’t have enough budget to support their own repairs and are understaffed in the maintenance department. Nice place to live, very nice landscaping, central grassy area, and very nice pool, great staff, would recommend friends and family to live here
I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Mariela, the assistant manager, for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely feel like I will always have the support I need as a resident with the office team!
