I'm glad to report that we've been living at Desert Sage for almost a month, and so far, so good. We've had a few bumps along the way, though. First, the heater and refrigerator , Fortunately, we've been able to get everything fixed through the building's maintenance team. Also, I must give a shout out to the front office, which handled our issues directly through the tenant portal and took care of it right away. THANK YOU TRAVIS FOR YOUR EFFORT
Please read other reviews as they are accurate. This place is run down and the staff couldn’t care less. As much as it looks cozy or as much as you try to make it home it simply is not. It’s my second year here and I cannot wait for it to be over. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with my neighbors. I moved into this apartment complex back in July of 24. The process of getting me in was extremely fast (of course, they wanted their money). My unit was switched without my knowledge, so I had to call and confirm I was even given the correct lease. Emails would be sent to me with other tenants information. Not even a month after moving in my dishwasher and garbage disposal stopped working. I couldn't use my sink without the water flooding into the dishwasher and onto the floor of the apartment. Does not have a map of apartments for food service or anyone trying to find a certain apartment
Looking for a place to live came across Desert Sage did a unit walk at the property is kept really well. I really like how spread out the property is where it’s not a ton of people and it seems very private. I work from home so I asked leasing agent, what was the best provider for Internet on the property and they said Cox.
