I Know someone who lived there , the place is not worth the rent . Everything is so out dated. What you pay for rent there you can go somewhere else where it's much nicer and everything is new and up-to-date the pool area is horrible they only have lounging chairs that probably was not changed out in the last 10 years and for all the people that lived in that community who's swimming that pool get service once a week.
Desert Sage charges “luxury” prices for slumlord behavior. Health and safety issues, shady fees, gaslighting communication, irregular office hours and total lack of accountability were the norm, not the exception. Read the reviews carefully, they are consistent for a reason. Seriously people, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save your money, time and family from how horrible this place is to live. Don’t recommend,horrible place to live with fees like crazy and good luck getting anything fix
Hi! Do you find dog and cat feces , frequent flooding, and condescending management luxurious? Then this is the place for you! The complete disregard for health and safety is enough, full stop but somehow that’s only the beginning here. Between the roaches, the recurring floods, the gnat infestation upon move-in, the overwhelming smell of cat pee and dog poop, and the stench of cigarettes. I want to thank every one in the maintenance department and front office. I had a broken A/C. The portal is easy to use and they came the next day to help.The maintenance department was very accommodating and gave us a temporary AC while we waited for the apartment one to be fixed. Shout out to Travis and Jeff!
