Lived here from 2023 to mid 2025. Wish I never stayed as long as I did. The leaking ceiling and giant hole were both directly above the shower and the hole was left there for over a month. The kitchen and living room flooded multiple times and when they finally fixed the issue, it took months for them to address the obvious mold building up in the walls from the constant flooding. Omg we had to move b4 our lease was over office staff we so rude they have a sympathy for you if you were late on the way pool is always close for the holidays we never received a Gym key for the 9 months we were there they broke in into my car because they allowed homeless people stay in the apartment that were vacant and lot of illegal activities office staff didn’t care I do not recommend you guys live there
I’ve had a flood over a month ago. Going back and forth with insurance and front office. Not only was I not in my apartment for 2 weeks they still made me pay full rent. They were using my electricity to do their work while I wasn’t here for two weeks and still have to pay for that as well. I recently moved into Desert Sage and overall it has been a positive experience. There were a few hiccups which could happen in any case but the office staff, specifically Anjelica, has been so efficient and helpful. I read a lot of negative reviews after I had already made preparations to move so I was a little leery. I’m really glad that I didn’t allow the reviews to sway me and formed my own opinion.
