10/10 would not recommend. Idc what they tell you: THEY HAVE BUGS! Straight ROCHES, coming from the drains, coming from random spaces out the walls. They will legit make it seem like you brought them in. Place is a joke! I haven’t been here a full 90 days and I’ve been calling lawyers trying to get out of this lease because I DONT DO BUGS, they respond to reviews not emails

Straight up violated Arizonas laws did not provide a healthy clean living environment. Yellow walls dirty carpet broken screens on the windows front door looks like it's seen better days.
