Janay is such a professional. She gives advice on the deepest level based on your true experience in life. Highly recommend her.
The only therapist I trust and recommend in southern Utah! Especially if you need someone trauma informed. Janay is so passionate about what she does and will make you feel seen and cared for. She is wise beyond her years and allows you the space to feel anything you need to feel. She is extremely helpful in the areas of processing grief as well as birth and postpartum trauma.
