I had a really positive experience with trauma therapy here, especially with(EMDR). From the beginning, I felt heard, respected, and never rushed through the process. The therapist created a safe, supportive environment that made it easier to work through difficult memories at my own pace.

The only therapist I trust and recommend in southern Utah! Especially if you need someone trauma informed. Janay is so passionate about what she does and will make you feel seen and cared for. She is wise beyond her years and allows you the space to feel anything you need to feel. She is extremely helpful in the areas of processing grief as well as birth and postpartum trauma. I’ve learned so much from her, she is truly a blessing and provides so much hope and healing to her clients!
