I don't recommend it at all. I went there for a haircut. The hairdresser was very busy doing two other clients at the same time. He left me sitting with haircolor for hours. I will never go back there, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Once was plenty.
Love a good pampering! Great stylists, fantastic estetician named Amber! Clean classy atmosphere, and great service. I love being able to actually have a conversation with my stylist and not be ignored, while she talks to other stylists as though I'm not there. I love being pampered here
Drama, Drama, Drama I hated it here but adored my stylist. The place was snooty, full of gossip,so negative, and always full of drama. Luckily my stylist moved to a new salon because I would have continued to go to her regardless of the terrible salon.
yay drs Desert Rose Salon is a wonderful place to go. I love my hair dresser and the atomosphere of the salon. I always feel welcome when I walk thru the doors =)
Desert Rose Salon-Very Unprofessional i was referred by a friend of mine to get a service done at the Desert Rose Salon. It was the worst experience and i will never refer the salon to anyone. No one asked if I've been helped or if id like a glass of water and it was a very hot day. Desert Rose Salon...The Best! I have been a customer at Desert Rose Salon for over 10 years and I have always had wonderful service. The minute that you walk in the door you are met by friendly staff to assist you. Everyone is always asking how they can help you, even if it's just offering you something to drink. The salon's experience is amazing. I have never been unhappy with my cut or color. Robin and John are wonderful, kind people and run their salon at top standards.
i love the DRS i have been going to the desert rose salon for about 10 years now, after my original stylist left i started going to Robin. I love Robing because she is an amazing stylist and an amazing person, she is patient and knows what i want everytime. the salon itself it equally as amazing it feels like a little family i love it.
Reasonably posh This salon has quite a few personable stylists, and seem to be pretty busy no matter what time or day it is. They have unique personalities and styles, so you should be able find someone who can give you that fabulous cut!
DRAMA!!! Had been going there for 4 yrs. and tierd of the DRAMA!. Heard through the stylist i was going to that the owners hire and fire and the stylist really were not at fault, that John and Robin blow the story out of proportion. Sounds like they both are hard to work for. Sorry to hear this ,I really liked the Salons location.
