CROOKS! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS-DO NOT RENT HERE!!! – this was an unsafe, horrible, filthy, dirty, disgusting place. with broken appliances-the list goes on. this is my second and last experience with these crooks-we actually cleaned up the place FOR them and no deposit back. They refuse to help once they get your huge deposit that they ask for up front. The one nice employee they had when we were there contacted me privately to tell me that she was so sorry. DONT USE RUN FAST!!! – Rose and Molly and know John (mollys replacement) all much to be desired I believed my realto who is Roses nephew he recomended her and wow what a mess It took three months and finally threats of lawyers and a call the the police to get just my first months rent from her. NEVER EVER USE " ROSE RENTALS PROPERTY" – Never trust Molly and Rose . Rose rent our house in Indio and take her over one month to pay us after sending a lot of e-mails and left a tone of messages. AFTER FINALLY WE RECEIVED THE CK BIG TIME SHE PUT THE STOP PAYMENT. WE CONTACT THEM AND MALLY SAID WE NEED TO WAIT ONE MORE MONTH ,BECAUSE THEIR BANK ACCOUNT WAS CLOSE. ASK US ABOUT THE STOP PAYMENT AND WE WILL PROVE IT. WE WILL GO IN COURT FOR OUR $$$$$$ LIARS, UNPROFESIONAL ,DON'T USE THIS CO.
Competitors? – the only one writing good reviews for this idiot scam artist are her staff! This old woman will tell you about her inability to get wet during relations with her gardener and yes she in her 70s and no I am not exagerating. TMI Run away!
Fantastic, Helpful and VERY ETHICAL!!! – I have nothing but praise for Desert Rose and their incredible staff. I rented a beautiful home in Indio and life is good. It's wonderful to find such good people in these hard-luck times.
Finally, Nice experience – Like many of us I have credit issues. I'm greatful Rose and Molly understood and helped me and my family rent a fantastic house. My kids love the neighborhood kids and we couldnt be happier. Thank you Rose and Molly. You are the best.
Rose Rental Rip off – This was my first review that I have ever written in my life but I felt that it was important this time that I take the tim eto write this little note so that others can learn from my experience. I would advise not to use these 2 old ladies that are running a business under Rose Rentals or Rose Real Estate & Property Management. Liars & Cheats – These old spinsters running this con weave a tale of lies intended only to keep your money under the most lame excuses ever. Don't give them a penny and go elsewhere with your business. It's been 3 months and I'm still trying to get my security deposit back!
avoid any day – run do not walk there will be issues and you will wish you had never contacted these people and you will be very sorry
