The front desk staff is so rude and disorganized. I had multiple issues trying to get seen for birth control and waited over an hour, having to hear one office staff yell at and demean patients over the phone and in person, over my initial appointment time (I took time off of work for) just to be told they can’t perform the services the appointment was made for and need to order the birth control. Wouldn’t recommend. Out of the couple times I went I would have to wait over two hours to get seen. They are so disorganized and don’t communicate with each other. I was called in for my husband to do genetic testing waited for three hours until they told me they had no idea why we were there even after I told them. I paid in cash before being seen and I am still receiving bills even though I have paid them and have even tried calling them. Front office is very Unprofessional and Unpleasant. There is a lack communication skills and tactfulness. It’s disappointing.
