Submitted a pick up Oder(thats all you can do) 10 mins after they opened, so I could go pick it up after work . 15 mins later got a text message saying my order was ready. 3 hours later I get text saying my order was cancelled . I went back online to reserve the same product(again) and it was gone.. When I asked why, I got a basic reply with no sincerity and poor excuse . The photo attached will show just how rude, insincere and incompetent this establishment & its employees are towards their patients needing meds ...

3rd time been in and lobby full and only one person went back with in 15 minutes.used to be good but seems like went down hill.
They have GREAT prices but they never have indica anymore which I need for my migraines it's so bad now that when they do get indica the budtenders use their whole monthly allotment to get it!!!
