Sharon, Keeley and Mary are absolutely wonderful, I have a handicapped son and they are wonderful and very thorough with him, we've been with them for over 5 years
I have been a patient of Dr. Velez' for many years. She is warm, caring and very, very thorough. Living in the desert, I am so grateful to have the expertise of Dr. Velez when it comes to skin care! She's the best. I trust her and her staff to take great care of me, always!
So happy Dr Velez has a new office in Yucca Valley! Located right across the highway where her old office was, the same loyal staff is there to greet you. Dr Velez is one of the most thorough dermatologists I have ever seen and really takes her time with you. Highly recommended!
Fantastic results, very kind PA as well as office staff, everyone was pleasant and it was 100% worth it to go there.
I arrived early for my appointment. 20 minutes after it was scheduled to begin no one had come to tell me why or how long the delay was. I asked and was told another 10 minutes. It went 20. That is completely disrespectful Sharon, and that is why I left. I will not be back for your “services” such as they are. I can not recommend this place. I’m sure better service than that will be easier to find even if it isn’t as close.
