Desert Rose was dispatched by my warranty company when my heater was red tagged for a gas leak. They showed up promptly, were able to fix the issue within a couple of hours, and were very informative at the same time!
Russ from Desert Rose A/C showed up to my residence on time as scheduled. Also, called in advance to let me know he was on the way. Russ thoroughly inspected the A/C unit, performed the warranty repair and thoroughly cleaned the system. He explained everything he was doing and provided suggestions for future maintenance tasks. Extremely professional. If you need A/C service, call these guys, you won't be disappointed!
Was not only very professional but also advocated for us extensively with the home warranty company to make sure we got our AC working same day and didn't have to wait longer. He sat on hold for over 45 minutes and when the home warranty company representative was saying they weren't going to be able to approve it, he fought to make sure it was. We were very appreciative. He has also very thorough and our AC started working right away.

Not Recommended. Desert Rose was assigned to my service request through a home warranty provider. Upon arrival, the technician (who is also the owner) immediately expressed frustration that the A/C unit was roof-mounted — despite us having discussed this detail over the phone prior to the appointment. The inspection lasted less than 30 minutes, with minimal interaction with the system.
