Russ from Desert Rose A/C showed up to my residence on time as scheduled. Also, called in advance to let me know he was on the way. Russ thoroughly inspected the A/C unit, performed the warranty repair and thoroughly cleaned the system. He explained everything he was doing and provided suggestions for future maintenance tasks. Extremely professional. If you need A/C service, call these guys, you won't be disappointed!
Was not only very professional but also advocated for us extensively with the home warranty company to make sure we got our AC working same day and didn't have to wait longer. He sat on hold for over 45 minutes and when the home warranty company representative was saying they weren't going to be able to approve it, he fought to make sure it was. We were very appreciative. He has also very thorough and our AC started working right away.

Not Recommended. Desert Rose was assigned to my service request through a home warranty provider. Upon arrival, the technician (who is also the owner) immediately expressed frustration that the A/C unit was roof-mounted — despite us having discussed this detail over the phone prior to the appointment. The inspection lasted less than 30 minutes, with minimal interaction with the system. They were dispatched through our home warranty to service the furnace. They called to schedule a next day appointment and called me 30 min ahead of arrival time. The unit is cleaned and ready to go for the cold season! He even took the time to explain some other things that I’d seen but didn’t know what to do with. Thanks again!
