Today is my son's first dental visit, we are happy with the place, and the staff are accommodating
Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dentist office in the aspect of billing calling back and forth. For an error that was made on there end. The office manager Claudia was not polite over the phone, ended the call with “no need to pay the money it is not worth my time” and ended the call. So unfortunate for this to happen, my family will not be going back after this experience.
10/10! They’re the best, I was running almost 20 minutes late and they still took me in. The environment was not intimidating at all for my son. It is very friendly and comfortable for him. Most pediatric dentistry have a shared space not this one they gave us our own room. Most importantly, they did not shame me for any preventative care needed If anything, they educated me.
