Not knowing for sure what a nerve conduction test was, I felt a bit apprehensive. Now that it is finished, there is lots of praise for the entire staff that helped me at Desert Ridge Neurology. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helped me to understand what they were doing. Highly recommend.
The individuals at Desert Ridge Neurology who helped me with scheduling and the referral process were so kind and caring. I had issues with a referral and they advocated for me on a daily basis. So grateful for the supportive services they have provided thus far.
Staff is great at desert ridge! Pam in the front office is super friendly and helpful!😊 I've seen both Dr. Overall and Kelsie Montgomery. They are very attentive and answer all questions. And They don't get annoyed when you ask a lot of questions! I highly recommend desert ridge!!
The front desk staff is unbelievably unprofessional, looks like I’m not the only one to run into that problem
