Was fined $250 for a for sale sign. Dues have reached $841 a month after this company took over little over 3 years ago. Boards and this management company collude to bid out close friends and get expensive contracts approved. It’s a racket. Property values have plummeted.
It has been almost 3 months that we switched to DRM management company,and we are very happy especially working with our property manager Christie Curtis ,very professional and knowledgeable ,I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation, it's always a pleasure to work with elite people, especially we had numerous problems with our previous management company, Thanks again. Terrible with their communication. I hate how I spend so much time simply trying to get a hold of people who manage our account, it is a real shame. Obviously this business does not care about the communities who pay their salary.
My business had their current address as the mail address...A lot of my clients has send checks to their location mistakenly and continuously. But they always forward those checks and mails to our business kindly.... Heartwarming business and employees
Security guard only comes 5 times a month, and they never follow through with anything. It's a joke.
