Just moved to the desert and called them to schedule an appointment to fill my hormone replacement therapy creams. The front office manager stated “we do not provide that type of service here.“ What kind of woman’s obstetric and gynecology facility does not provide proper services to women who are menopausal?! this is unacceptable and ancient. Absolutely terrible. First a while ago I was checked in under the wrong name, and after waiting for an hour they realized their mess up because the older Hispanic lady got my name wrong when I said it and spelt it out to her multiple times upon checking in. Then today I try to call and make an appointment and the lady gets my info and hangs up the phone on me. I finally call back and luckily get a different younger lady that was helpful.
