Rude staff, completely clueless too, how can such incompetence be allowed to exist in the modern world.
Absolutely terrible. First a while ago I was checked in under the wrong name, and after waiting for an hour they realized their mess up because the older Hispanic lady got my name wrong when I said it and spelt it out to her multiple times upon checking in. Then today I try to call and make an appointment and the lady gets my info and hangs up the phone on me. I finally call back and luckily get a different younger lady that was helpful.
