Clean rooms, great nurses, unorganized and mismanaged mess as a whole. Departments do not communicate with each other, doctors outside of the emergency department can't be bothered with their patients, physical therapy show up do nothing and leave, respiratory show up do nothing and leave, waited 7 hours for ct scan results and were discharged without contact from a physician, had to complain and be obnoxious to get base level communication from doctors, avoid this place as much as you can it's a disaster, the nurses and hyg... read more

I like desert reginal medical center they have number one great medical services two nice staff three pretty nurses and doctors and most of them are single. best hospital in the Coachella valley.

My family recently experienced what can only be described as deeply negligent and unethical care at this hospital. The patient was kept in the emergency room for 36 hours before finally being transferred to the so-called “ICU.” Once in the ICU area, the level of care did not improve. Nurses were yelling at patients from the hallway instead of speaking to them respectfully inside their rooms. I have two cousins that are currently hospitalized in this hospital I've never been here before so it was a bit confusing where to go but we didn't have any negative experience the nurses and the staff were more than helpful and friendly I guess maybe because it's the weekend but I read a lot of negative remarks and comments but we haven't had any issues or problems
