They said my son had pharyngitis, never listened to his lungs or heart, when he complained of chest pains and difficulty breathing. Had to take him to another ER days later to find out he had pneumonia

Worst emergency room. I was in hallways for 24 hours. Was supposed to see neurologist and I was told there was only 1 for 350 beds. Test done were hours in between, while still being in hallway. The little food they gave was the worst. I think that hospital should close down

I received phenomenal specialized care at Desert Regional Medical Center. The facility is well-equipped, and the specialists are incredibly knowledgeable. The nursing staff made my recovery comfortable and stress-free. A truly five-star hospital!

I am writing this review because of the very upsetting experience I had as a patient at Desert Regional Medical Center on the Five Sinatra unit. On September 10, 2026, before noon, Todd, the manager of Five Sinatra, and Jessica, the house supervisor, came into my room to speak with me. They told me that I had been discharged the day before and that I needed to leave. They asked if I had somewhere to go or someone who could pick me up. I explained that I did not. My Experience at that Hospital was horrible the adding Doctor only saw me once for 5 Minutes I don’t even remember what he told me that was on first day the second day one body came at all I was in a room with nothing in it just me alone in my bed at night the evening crew were so loud right in front of room all night long talking laughing talking about there Family problems having a good I felt like I was in a social club not a hospital I did not sleep all night long no consideration for the Patients at all no one really ca... read more
