Jackie and staff are amazing to deal with, they are super responsive and always respond to members needs
Possibly the most unresponsive property management company still in business. It defies all logic and business principles that this company has its doors open for business. They are completely disengaged from their own clients, in whose best interests they more often than not fail to act. This firm managed my community for over 20 years. They had all the knowledge and history of our unit owners, construction, changes, upgrades, problems, etc. After several years of very poor service and consistently ignoring us, our board finally vetted new property managers and ultimately chose one. When we informed Jackie at DR, she refused to provide all the historical records the new firm needed to get up to speed to help us moving into the future. Man, the amount of bullshit this management does is unbelievable. Fees go up and when asked on what time money is being spent on. They ignore emails, calls, and won't provide the board meetings. Literally run away from this place.
The whole point of a management company is to manage and this isn't their tool box. I sent emails left voicemails and no response. They are increasing our fees for third year in a row. When I reviewed where the money is spent, they are paying for a landscaping company that I have never seen once come out to the property. We don't have grass or plants to "landscape" so where is this money going to all this time.
