At first, it seemed as if this company was designed to drive homeowners to higher states of frustration. But in our case, by design, they do minimal work for our HOA, but they're also paid minimally so there's a correlation based upon the desires of our HOA FWIW. Communication is often too difficult, but perhaps improved of late. Overall, however, the whims of our HOA Board place them in an odd position vis-a-vis the homeowners so we'll just leave it at that.
I recently purchased a condo in Scottsdale that this management company manages. I have had nothing but problems with them. They are allowing construction trailers on our property illegally which I was seriously heard on one in the middle of the night. I’ve emailed them five times I’ve called them for. I’ve had no response at all. I filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. Jackie and staff are amazing to deal with, they are super responsive and always respond to members needs
Possibly the most unresponsive property management company still in business. It defies all logic and business principles that this company has its doors open for business. They are completely disengaged from their own clients, in whose best interests they more often than not fail to act. This firm managed my community for over 20 years. They had all the knowledge and history of our unit owners, construction, changes, upgrades, problems, etc. After several years of very poor service and consistently ignoring us, our board finally vetted new property managers and ultimately chose one. When we informed Jackie at DR, she refused to provide all the historical records the new firm needed to get up to speed to help us moving into the future.
