Man, the amount of bullshit this management does is unbelievable. Fees go up and when asked on what time money is being spent on. They ignore emails, calls, and won't provide the board meetings. Literally run away from this place.
The whole point of a management company is to manage and this isn't their tool box. I sent emails left voicemails and no response. They are increasing our fees for third year in a row. When I reviewed where the money is spent, they are paying for a landscaping company that I have never seen once come out to the property. We don't have grass or plants to "landscape" so where is this money going to all this time.
