This is a bad ending to my relationship with Desert Rat. They have completed my last two annuals and when I picked my Mooney in Sept, I discussed ABS-B options with Andy. He told me I should buy a used GTX327 and the GDL82 and he would install it. So, I bought both items and called to set up an appt to install them on Dec 4th. I called a few days early to verify that they would be ready and they wanted to push the install back a few days. No problem. Absolutely total garbage. I’ve written several reviews about the poor service and over charging Andy did. Avoid at all cost.
